Hi everyone,
I am sitting at my new job at the Royal Opera House that I'm sure you all know about by now.
I am currently watching daytime television, reading the paper and was getting bored so thought I would see how this blog stuff works.
I see Simon playing with his blog all the time when we're at home, and I get jealous I dont have a blog to play with, so here 'tis!
Ours wont be as fancy as his, especially if I dont get ito the habit of updating it, and this ends up being our first and last post.
We went to our first English Premier League match last night, we saw Fulham play West Bromwich Albion.
Our boys Fulham, fighting against relegation, came through with the goods for us and won 3-0.
Amazing atmosphere, we were sitting right in front of the WBA fans who were very rowdy just as I had hoped.
It was Fulham's home match, so it was just round the corner from our old house at Fulham, very old stadium that has been their ground since 1896.
The plan is I will get into the habit of updating this regularly, and we will post photos etc on here for all of you to sit back and enjoy with a glass of your favourite red.....or whatever.
Well better get back to work, we're flat out here. The Opera House needs me. :)
Not really but a good show just came on the tele, a show called Wanted Down Under, each day they follow an English family trying to make the decision to move to Australia, yesterday they went to Adelaide, the whole show was filmed in Adelaide, showing them having a picnic at Rymill Park, shopping at the markets, looking at houses etc. Was nice to see a little bit of home.
Anyway, I'm missing todays show. (They're in Perth today)
